If I have a claim either after hours or on the weekend, what should I do?
Our main office phone number has recorded instructions to call an answering service (for emergency claims only) which in turn will then contact someone at The B & G Group. You can also call your insurance carrier directly via the provided list of numbers on this website. If your claim can wait until the next morning or until the weekend is over, you can call our office directly and report it then.

Where should I send my payment?
You can send payment directly to the company via the address listed on our website. There may also be an option for you to call the company and pay via credit card over the phone or electronic funds transfer over the phone. You can also remit payments to our office.

Coverage on our policy needs to be increased. What is the best way to go about doing that?
Coverage can only be amended by speaking with someone in our office. We will also require that you confirm your requested change in writing.

How do I know if I am covered properly?
